Joel Childress is a native Charlottean and graduated with a B.S. in Geographical Information Systems and B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2004. He has excelled in the mortgage industry for four years and is knowledgeable in both the metropolitan Charlotte real-estate market and the overall national housing market. Joel is especially skilled in loan placement which is the analysis of borrower’s profiles and how they accord to loan underwriting guidelines.
