Briana received her Bachelor of Fine Arts, from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, VA in 2004. In addition to her years of mortgage lending experience, other work experience includes marketing and sales. She considers her creativity to be one of her most valuable assets while trying to solve mortgage challenges. Her favorite part about the mortgage industry is being able to help someone so much and give them such great customer service that they return to her for later mortgage help - whether it be refinancing after a purchase or to send their friends and family her way!
